Business Training
As the majority of the creative sector consists of micro businesses or self-employed individuals, training is often an overlooked part of business or organisational development. It is often seen as an expensive luxury that owner managers or businesses with only a few employees cannot spare the time to invest in.
It is advisable for all artists, organisations and businesses to undertake some element of regular training to ensure that their ideas remain fresh and relevant, that new skills are acquired and current skills updated. This would ensure that individuals and businesses are compliant with legislation and regulations.
